Skills and Job Profiles

Skills & Competencies represent a skill-focused approach to managing the ILS (as compared to, e.g., gamification or clean communication). The functionality has to be purchased and can be activated in the license manager. Skills can be added and clustered into job profiles. Job Profiles are assigned to users, while skills are assigned to the content. The user can then search for specific content to close his skill gap for a certain job profile.
