Article Highlights

Gamification

As part of the imc Learning Suite gamification solution we offer “Experience Points” and “Badges”, both are designed to promote learning by developing a competitive spirit and building ambition / desire to perform. Intelligent point systems increase the motivation of the learners and have an impact on the learning outcome. The achievements during the learning progress are not only assessed but also rewarded through visualisation of a new level of competence or a higher level of professional development in the Learning Portal.

Channels

“Channels" is designed to help streamline content organisation, facilitate targeted communication, and enhance user engagement within your learning environment. Channels allow administrators or subject matter experts to organise topic-specific, bite-sized content for flexible, on-demand learning. Employees can explore channels aligned with their interests or support needs, enabling self-paced learning and easy access to key information. This feature enhances retention, supports immediate problem-solving, and creates a centralized repository for ongoing development.

AI Features

AI presents opportunities to streamline manual tasks for our customers while enhancing operational efficiency and usability. Our new AI services are generally available for all customer systems hosted in the imc Microsoft Azure Cloud. We’re introducing two new features AI-Generated Translations and AI-Generated Images, designed to support Content Owners and Training Managers across various areas of the iLS. These features simplify the preparation and description of media, courses, and learning paths for publication.
