The Skills capacity planning dashboard evaluates the status of Skills (served, in progress, or requiring planning) to ensure that all required products and services can be continuously offered by the employees within a specific department, region, or dealership

Tracked Skill Statuses
In skills-related analyses, imc Learning Analytics tracks the following skill statuses for learners:
Skills acquisition not started
These are the skills which have been assigned to the employee and yet no trainings have been assigned to him which have a target level on these skills by which these skills can be acquired by him or the skills which have been assigned to the employee and the employee is neither enrolled nor in progress on the trainings assigned to him.
Skills acquisition in progress
These are skills assigned to employees who are enrolled in or progressing through training that provides these skills.
Skills acquired
These are skills assigned to employees who have acquired them by achieving the target value for the skills.
