Clients are typically used to logically separate a system to support multi-tenancy. Here there are minimal settings to define "Default client", enable "Multi-client context" to provide own profiles and user lists, generate site maps for SSO purposes, and add a client parameter to the URL.
|
Setting |
What does the setting do? |
|---|---|
|
Generate site map for all clients |
Defines if the site map should list the pages of all clients or only of the current one. |
|
Add client parameter to URL |
The current active client configuration is added to the URL (e.g. client=anonymous or client=ocw). |
|
Default client |
Defines which client will be used, if no client is specified (e.g. access to external dashboard). |
|
Activate multi-client context (restart necessary, please read the help text) |
If the checkbox is checked, the multi-client context is available. Otherwise, personal identifiers are assigned to all clients and not to a specific one. Please note that a restart of the system is required for the change of this setting to take effect. Once activated the setting can only be disabled by imc. |
