Here limits of entries or rows can be set for reporting queries or Excel exports.

Excel export limit (reports) | Limit of rows for an excel file; for example, if the limit is set to 10, only 10 rows will be displayed in the excel file. |
Cron job setting to delete certificates older then: (in days) | Certificates generated for the automatic certificate export are deleted via the scheduled job “DeleteCreatedCertificatesJob“. This setting determines at which age the scheduled job deletes the generated certificates. |
User Attribute Mapping | This setting provides different user attributes. The selected attribute is used in the file name of certificates generated via the scheduled job “GenerateCertificatesJob“. The default is person_id. |
