Effectiveness Check (License needed)
With the non-anonymous effectiveness check (license needed) both the employee and supervisor can provide feedback on a training activity attended by the employee. It is also possible that only the supervisor can provide feedback, without the employee. After providing their own responses, both the learner and the supervisor can compare their evaluations.

All questions are part of a question pool from which questionnaires can be created. Questionnaire templates facilitate this process and guarantee a uniform layout. imc Learning Suite also offers the option of generating questionnaires in PDF format for manual evaluation.
