Learning Analytics Configuration

To be able to use the feature appropriately, it is necessary to perform various configurations.

Steps to Configure Learning Analytics

1. License needs to be activated to use Learning Analytics.

2. Configure new navigation item to make Learning Analytics Manager available to administrators.

3. Configure personal attributes and custom meta-tags used for Learning Analytics in the configuration manager.

4. Export Learning Analytics Configuration file and contact Scheer IMC Support Desk. The following should be mentioned in the ticket:

   1. Power BI workspace should be created.

   2. Learning Analytics semantic model should be deployed.

   3. Learning Analytics standard dashboards and reports should be configured in the Power BI workspace. The downloaded file should be attached in the ticket.

5. After the above steps have been done, sync operation should be performed in the Learning analytics manager to get the reports and dashboards created in the Power BI Service in the system.

6. Configure new navigation item to make Learning Analytics dashboards and reports available for users.
