AI presents opportunities to streamline manual tasks for our customers while enhancing operational efficiency and usability.

We’re introducing two new features AI-Generated Translations and AI-Generated Images, designed to support Content Owners and Training Managers across various areas of the iLS. These features simplify the preparation and description of media, courses, and learning paths for publication. 

With these integrations, there’s no need to leave the Learning Suite to search image libraries or handle translations. The embedded Microsoft Azure translation and image generation services complete these tasks with a single click. 

Important: The translation and image generation features are not active by default. They must be enabled per client by the customer in the Client Manager.

The AI functionalities ("translate" and "generate image" buttons) are enabled for the user interface via the Clients function Settings icon, then choosing the "AI services settings" option. 

Customers can make use of a free trial running for 3 months starting with deployment.
