Support Information

The Support Information Manager offers the option of downloading log files and configuration files. The log files help to get to the bottom of the causes of errors that have occurred in the system. Those files are marked as system files.

Available files are:

  • Log files

  • Configuration files

  • CSV user import: log files

  • CSV user import: import files

  • LDAP user import: log files

Upload

In addition, the support information manager offers the option to upload some statements to read information from the database (Customer files)

Execute

The execute allows the download of the logfiles resp. the result of the customer files.
