Enrolment Forms Sets

In addition to the enrolment form manager, there is also a manager, where the enrolment form sets can be defined. This set manager is replacing the tab in the provider regarding the enrolment forms. For each set, you can define a form per registration type so that it is no longer necessary to create multiple providers to solve this use case.

Assigning Form

The previously created forms can then be assigned with the help of the enrolment form set manager. Within such a set it is possible to include one form per booking type (self-enrolment, supervisor enrolment, confirmation, prebooking), so that you can have a maximum of four forms per set which makes the assignment process very easy. Furthermore, the booking data per set is defined here, for which it is also possible to define the type of attribute. The booking data will be displayed later in the participant management. The assignment of enrolment forms in the provider is obsolete.
The sets can be assigned to courses, course templates, and learning paths with the help of the metatag "Enrolment forms".
