Users/ People

A user represents a person who can access the learning platform (with login credentials). Information about the user is stored as user attributes. These attributes can be arranged into user profiles that define which attributes are displayed and editable by which user role (admin, supervisor, learner). User are managed via groups.

The “People” category in the “Admin” role navigation provides functions relating to user administration, group administration, client (tenant) configuration, competency management and gamification (Experience tracks, Badges). This menu is one of the most used administration areas with the ability to create or edit users and groups, including system role management.

Each menu and function in the “People” category will be explained in this section with details overviews and basic “How to” contents.
