This report provides the report executor with a detailed evaluation of the feedback-gathering process. This enables more feedback and responses to be obtained, thereby increasing the significance of the evaluation results.
Key Performance Indicators
The feedback report analyzes the following KPIs in the order mentioned.
This KPI reports the number of courses without an assigned feedback form. These courses can be identified, and further action can be taken, such as assigning feedback forms to improve the feedback collection rate.
This KPI shows the number of courses with a default feedback form but no assigned transfer feedback form. These courses can be identified, and further action can be taken, such as assigning transfer feedback forms to improve the feedback collection rate.
This KPI shows the average submission rate of the feedback forms for the courses.
Submission rate = no. of participants who have submitted the feedback / no. of participants who are enrolled, in progress, passed, failed, or cancelled (only participants who have submitted the feedback).
A higher submission rate provides the reporter with more data for evaluating course effectiveness and increasing learner satisfaction.
This KPI displays the number of courses with a submission rate below 20%. These courses can be identified, and further action can be taken, such as sending reminders to learners to complete the feedback forms. The threshold is configurable via the average submission rate filter on the visual.
This KPI shows the number of courses with missing feedback submissions. These courses can be identified, and further action can be taken, such as sending reminders to learners to complete the feedback forms. Only courses for which the minimum number of feedback forms has been received, as defined by the feedback response rate, are considered. This threshold is configurable via the configuration manager.
This KPI compares the number of courses with transfer feedback forms with the number of courses with default feedback forms. These courses can be identified, and further action can be taken, such as assigning the required feedback forms to improve the feedback collection rate.
This KPI shows the submission trend for course feedback forms, enabling the impact of improvement measures on future submission rates to be tracked. The period considered is configurable via the date filter on the visual.
This overview displays the course template name, course name, feedback form name, feedback form type, feedback form version, submission rate, number of missing feedback submissions, and course end date.
Metrics
The Feedback collection report allows the report results to be filtered by the following metrics, in the listed order.
This metric lists all course templates and courses to which the reporter has access. Selecting a course template also selects all listed courses of that template.
This metric lists all feedback form templates and feedback forms assigned to courses to which the reporter has access. Selecting a feedback form template also selects all listed feedback forms of that template.
This metric can be used to filter the report by the desired course creation period. The default period is 6 months.
This metric lists all tutors assigned the tutor role in the course templates and courses to which the reporter has access.
This metric lists all providers assigned to courses to which the reporter has access.
This metric lists all learning modes assigned to courses to which the reporter has access.
