Example LTI 1.3 Tool with Grading Functionality H5P

H5P is a free and open-source content collaboration framework based on JavaScript 

  1. Sign up for 30 days free trial at https://h5p.com/

  1. Go to Manage Organization > Connect LMS and Add LMS Connection 

    1. Select your LMS: Other 

    2. Connection name: IMC LMS (or some other label) 

    3. LTI Version: LTI v1.3

  1. Create LTI 1.3 Provider with: 

    1. Use the following Login URL: https://im-c.h5p.com/lti/login

    2. Use the following Redirect URL: https://im-c.h5p.com/lti/launch

    3. Once you've made a LMS connection, add the extra data from your platform to the connection

  1. Create LTI media with that provider 

  2. Register configuration by Connection info 

  3. Create some content under Manage Content 

    1. Save the link to the created content (https://im-c.h5p.com/content/1291250754620523077) 

  4. Configure media: 

    1. Add the saved link to the "Target Link URL" field of the Media 

    2. Open media in Preview 

  5. Launch media (as learner). The target content will be displayed.
