Configuration Manager - Enrolment

Various settings for training enabling/disabling enrolment types, showing due dates, automatic enrolment workflow settings, defining order data attributes, and defining enrolment identifier labels.

Setting

What does the setting do?

Show due date

Enable learner rebooking

Allows the supervisor to rebook the learner to previous cancelled courses. By default, this will not be possible

Prohibit cancellation of automatic enrolments

When a course has been booked automatically, it cannot be cancelled if this parameter is true.

Due date Interval

This setting configures the time span in days for calculating the warning before the due date expires.Possible values: a number greater than or equal to 0. Setting 0 deactivates the function.

Automatic enrolment: Buffer days

Specifies a period of time for calculating due date in recertification process. All users who do have status “successfully completed” on course template level and who are member of a target group, for which the recertification check-box is ticked, will be re-registered for the course template with status “personal syllabus” a specified period of time (days to finish + buffer days) before the next due date.

Automatic enrolment: Days to finish

Default value for "Days To Finish" if the value is not set on assignment level for the underlying target group. Specifies the number of days which will be added to start date/enrolment date to calculate the initial due date and the recertification due dates.

Enrolment types for which the functioning of email notification is absolutely necessary.

Default order data

One typical example is asking the participant, if a hotel is required. to put a filed in an enrolment form it need to be set up as user attribute and will be then stored as order data specific to enrolment of the participant. Here you need to define which user attributes will be stored in the participant administration for the enrolment.

Enrolment identifiers

Enrolment identifiers are used to categorise course e.g. as required (mandatory), optional, or compliance.
