Resource Structure
The resource structure serves to categorise resources. There are four main branches which it is divided automatically: "Individuals", "Locations", "Devices" and "Services".
For the assignment of resources to courses, course templates, and the valid media, this means that, instead of providing resources at the course-template level, it is also possible to provide a resource category only. The advantage is that this provides the requirements from which categories a resource is to be selected upon creating a course or concrete medium from a template or type later on. Which one is selected varies by availability and properties of the available resources.
If a resource category is assigned to a feedback-form question that is located in the feedback form of a course, feedback-form questions can be duplicated for each assigned resource (e.g. "How satisfied were you with tutor A/tutor B/...?").
Resources can be assigned directly to a category from the resource structure. The opposite direction, selecting a category upon creating and editing a resource, is also possible.

Naming, display, and managing options are determined on the editing page. If resources of a category are assigned to a course and the category is assigned to a feedback form, the feedback-form question in the feedback form can be posed for each resource of the category. It can be determined here if the category supports this function and can be selected with feedback forms.
EditResource Assignment
Resources are selected and added to or removed from a list. Resources can be assigned to a resource category upon creating and editing a resource, as well as immediately in the resource structure.
