Overview: A new confirmation mode allows users to manage Job profile completion through a structured, transparent process for evaluating skill-level competency statements. It includes a workflow for creating competency statements, conducting self-assessments by both learners and supervisors, consensus-building, and a mutual approval process for the final assignment of skill levels. The new Confirmation mode setting value 'Learner and Supervisor' will trigger the full competency grid, including the learner column, supervisor column, agreement column, and sign-off button.

Global Search to Index Learning Area
Overview: The global search has been extended to index content beyond Catalogues and Channels. This update now indexes content the learner has relationships with in the Learning status (My learning) area. For example, the search considers media contained in the learners assigned courses, course templates, and learning path courses. Furthermore, the filtering has been improved with a new Learning status filter, more logical ordering and automatic hiding of unused filters.
Benefits and Use Cases: Providing a deeper search area will ensure learners are able to search all content available to them. This is important as Learners often receive content (courses, media, learning paths) that are directly assigned and not available in catalogues or channels.
