Administrators can create HTML template objects to manage reusable email layouts (header and footer) and have them applied automatically to notifications and enrolment messages.
HTML template manager
-
HTML templates can be created, edited, and deleted in a dedicated manager.
-
Header and footer can be defined per language using a WYSIWYG editor.
-
The assignment of a template to clients/providers can be viewed at a glance by using the assignment button in the details section.
Assignment of templates
-
Each HTML template contains an assignment tab.

Administrators can assign templates to multiple clients and providers via multi search.
-
The assignment type, client or provider, is displayed in a dedicated column.

Assignments can be added or removed and saved directly within the template.
-
Each provider or client can have only one HTML template assigned—the assignment priority logic is defined as follows:
-
The provider template has the highest priority.
-
The client template is used as a fallback.
-
If no template is assigned, current behavior applies; ACLs are respected in all assignment searches.
