In-box for internal mailing

System messages received by a user are accessible in the In-box. Users can reply to or delete individual messages. The In-box is integrated by default in the main navigation.

Search for a message by title.

Select All

Selects all messages currently displayed in the scrolling pane. Further actions — Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, Delete — can then be applied to the selection.

Select Read

Selects all read messages currently displayed in the scrolling pane. Further actions — Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, Delete — can then be applied to the selection.

Select Unread

Selects all unread messages currently displayed in the scrolling pane. Further actions — Mark as Read, Mark as Unread, Delete — can then be applied to the selection.

Mark as Read

Marks the selected message(s) as read.

Mark as Unread

Marks the selected message(s) as unread.

Delete

Permanently deletes the selected message(s). Deleted messages cannot be retrieved.

Reply

Sends a reply to the original message. The content of the original message is copied into the body of the reply.

Reply

The reply function is available for all messages where a reply address has been provided.

Messages sent by the system without a reply e-mail address do not display a reply action.

If the option to include the course or learning path name and identification code in internal messages is activated, the reply form on the receiver's side is pre-populated with the corresponding information. This setting is configured under Communication / Mail.
