System messages received by a user are accessible in the In-box. Users can reply to or delete individual messages. The In-box is integrated by default in the main navigation.

Reply
The reply function is available for all messages where a reply address has been provided.
Messages sent by the system without a reply e-mail address do not display a reply action.
If the option to include the course or learning path name and identification code in internal messages is activated, the reply form on the receiver's side is pre-populated with the corresponding information. This setting is configured under Communication / Mail.
