Validity Period for Customisations

To ensure transparency and accuracy, IMC applies a validity period of 16 weeks to all technical estimations provided for Codeline Customisations.

Why is this necessary?

Our software is under continuous development. New features, architectural changes, or technical improvements may affect the feasibility, effort, or implementation approach of a customisation over time. As a result, estimations created at an earlier point may no longer reflect the current state of the software.

What happens after 16 weeks?

If no further steps are taken within 16 weeks, the estimation will expire, and the related ticket will be closed automatically. You will receive a reminder 8 weeks before the expiration date.

What should I do if I'm still interested?

If you are still considering the customisation after the estimation has expired, please reach out to your Account Manager. We’ll be happy to review your request and provide an updated estimation if required.
