Requesting Service Desk Users

Our customers have appropriate Service Desk users allowing them to communicate with the Service Desk team. After granting access rights to the Service Desk, customers are able to track and comment in the tickets they create while using our products.

For customers to have a smooth experience when interacting with the Support team, it is important to establish by the end of the project phase, which users should have access to the Jira Service Desk.

Access to Jira Service Desk

You will be granted access to the imc Service Desk after you have been named to our Support team as an entitled contact person for the company or institution you belong to.

To do so, we need:

  • name

  • e-mail address (only personalized access is allowed, we are not allowed to grant access to a collective e-mail address)

  • telephone number on which we can contact you in urgent cases

  • job title

Please keep in mind, that the all Service Desk users of your organisation have the same rights and are authorized to provide information within the Service Desk tickets, authorise system changes and confirm delivery updates.

Please keep the number of users with access to Jira Service Desk limited.

Add or remove access to Jira Service Desk

Please also keep us informed, if current access rights should be removed or if we should grant access to additional users. To do so, you need to submit a new Service Desk ticket (Type: Request) with the required information and we will update you as soon as your request was processed.

Login Procedure

After completing the registration process, you can log in to the Service Desk at any time to view your tickets or create new tickets.

Please visit our Service Desk Portal. Here you can now log in with your e-mail address, which serves as your user name, and your password.
