Cloud Maintenance Schedule

The required maintenance and system updates for your system in our cloud environment will happen in the last full week of every month, outside business hours, during the maintenance window in accordance with the maintenance schedule (see below). Please note that customers with individual codelines are not covered by this cloud maintenance schedule as individual codelines are covered by individual deliveries.

Within the maintenance window your system will be restarted, which usually takes about 10 minutes, during which the system is not accessible (longer downtime possible in exceptional cases).

Urgent hot fixes will be applied independently of this schedule and announced (if possible) separately.
