Virtual Classroom Services | Scheer IMC - Customer Documentation (EN)

This is a list of all available standard connectors to Virtual Classroom solutions such as Adobe Connect, GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Vitero, and Webex.

The following aspects are important:

All services are based on standard approaches and consider typical use cases. The calculated effort may increase if customer expectations and/or complexity (such as scenario, requirements, coaching, etc.) are higher.
In general all implementation projects are on a fixed price basis. A fixed price is normally given for a defined project/contract scope; consequently, the fixed price is subject to change if the project scope is reduced or expanded.

Adobe Connect Meetings Connector

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	The LMS offers integration with Adobe Connect for virtual classroom sessions.
Service Description	Licence activation and base configuration with connection data from the customer. Testing with customer Functional introduction via web session (up to 2 hours) to provide an overview.
Additional Note	Customer has to provide connection details and setup only covers one (Production) environment Adobe Connect license not included

GoToMeeting Connector

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	The LMS offers integration with GoToMeeting for virtual classroom sessions.
Service Description	Licence activation and base configuration with connection data from the customer. Testing with customer Functional introduction via web session (up to 2 hours) to provide an overview.
Additional Note	Customer has to provide connection details and setup only covers one (Production) environment GoToMeeting license not included

GoToWebinar Connector

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	The LMS offers integration with GoToWebinar for virtual classroom sessions.

Vitero Connector

MS Teams Virtual Classroom Connector

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	The LMS offers integration with MS Teams for virtual classroom sessions. Note: This needs the Microsoft Teams Connector and thus all the services connected to this.
