Implementation Services
Introduction
The Implementation Services Overview is a complimentary part to imc's LMS Implementation Methodology Guide as it provides an additional transparent overview of the included, excluded, and optional packages of the implementation as well as tasks. This Implementation Services Overview is perfectly aligned with the LMS Implementation Methodology Guide following the same structure using the Project Life Cycle and it's phases in addition to using the terminology as set forth by the PMI standards. The main goal of this overview is to allow an insight into imc's standardised structure of services in combination with clear expectations for customers (included and excluded services).
This page defines the basis of imc’s LMS rollout offers. The following aspects are important:
This page describes the implementation services for most of small and mid-size customer projects. This overview does not cover larger or individual customer projects as these require tailored solutions.
Implementation Services can be combined such that various customer scenarios and project expectations can be covered.
In general, all implementation projects are on a fixed-price basis. A fixed price is normally provided for a defined project or contract scope. Consequently, the fixed price is subject to change if there is a reduction or expansion of the project scope.

Customisations
There are two types of customisations that customers can request, they are:
Customer Specific Implementations are implemented for a specific customer only. Typical examples are export interfaces, web services, specific reports, nightly processing jobs, REST calls, export and import interfaces etc. These kind of customisations need a separate code-line as they are implemented there (not possible for non-dedicated cloud environments).
Customer Driven Standard Enhancements are developed within the standard product and delivered via innovation packages only. These kind of customisations require a confirmation by product management.
For detailed information see LMS Customisation.
Optional / Additional Services
Aside for the previously mentioned training packages imc also offers optional / additional services to fulfil the customers needs. These services can also be ordered separately outside the implementation project.
