This is a list of all available Services related to LMS core modules that are not or only partly covered in the roll out project (see Service Description LMS Configuration). Examples are: Learning Paths, Compliance Management, or External Training Management.

The following aspects are important:

All services are based on standard approaches and consider typical use cases. The effort required may increase if customer expectations or complexity (such as scenario, requirements, or coaching) are higher.
In general all implementation projects are on a fixed price basis. A fixed price is normally given for a defined project or contract scope; consequently, the fixed price is subject to change if there is a reduction or expansion in the project scope.

Learning Paths Setup

License Needed	No
Functional Description	The combination of courses and course templates to connected learning activities
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Learning Paths functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. one Learning Path Type and Learning Path Template. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.
Additional Note	Restricted to one scenario. If more scenarios need to be supported, additional effort is required. Alternative: time & material.

Compliance Management

Functional Description	Set-up, assign, control, chase and report on compliance courses and re-certification processes
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Compliance Management functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. One Proof of Concept (PoC) Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.
Additional Note	Restricted to one scenario. If more scenarios need to be supported, additional effort is required. Alternative: time & material.

External Training Management

Functional Description	The recording of courses conducted externally (outside the LMS) as well as the approval process for courses conducted outside the LMS
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Compliance Management functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. One Proof of Concept (PoC) Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.

Recommendation Engine

License Needed	No
Functional Description	Automatically recommend courses to learners based on intelligent algorithms.
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Compliance Management functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. One Proof of Concept (PoC) Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.

Seat Allocation

Functional Description	Seat assignment functionality to allow organizational units to create long-term course planning with seat reservation for their employees.

Open Badges

License Needed	No
Functional Description	Open badges integration to export badges collected via Gamification Engine module
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Compliance Management functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. One Proof of Concept (PoC) Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.
Additional Note	Requires Gamification Engine.

Test Module

License Needed	No
Functional Description	The LMS provides a test module to integrate tests and test series into the course syllabus.
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Compliance Management functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. One Proof of Concept (PoC) Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.
Additional Note	Only relevant for Australia.

Feedback Module

License Needed	No
Functional Description	The LMS provides a feedback module to request (anonymised) feedback to courses as part of a course syllabus.
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Compliance Management functionalities. Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario. One Proof of Concept (PoC) Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.

Reporting

License Needed	No
Functional Description	The LMS offers a large number of standard reports. These reports export or extract data from the database.
Service Description	Up to 2-hour web session to provide a basic overview of Standard Report functionalities. Discussion of the overall reporting strategy with the customer, based on the scenario (reporting/analytics, additional report needs, operating model, amount of data, etc.). Coaching session (2 hours) to test the usage scenario.
Additional Note	This does not include the customisation of existing reports or the creation of new reports.
