Extension Module Services | Scheer IMC - Customer Documentation (EN)

This is a list of all available Services related to extension modules that require extra license but are covered in the LMS Core. Examples are: Skill & Competency, On-the-Job-Training, Gamification Engine, or Certified Credit Management.

The following aspects are important:

All services are based on standard approaches and consider typical use cases. The calculated effort may increase if customer expectations and/or complexity (such as scenario, requirements, coaching, etc.) are higher.
In general all implementation projects are on a fixed-price basis. A fixed price is normally given for a defined project/contract scope; consequently, the fixed price is subject to change if the project scope is reduced or expanded.

Skills & Competencies

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	Setup and manage job profiles and skills with an associated competency level that can be aligned with learning activities and content.
Service Description	Module licensing and activation. 2 hour introduction web session to show the module functionality. 2 hour requirement workshop as web session to understand the customer use case scenario Module configuration including documentation (overview of configuration settings) Two additional coaching sessions (2 hour web sessions) to address questions and check the configuration.
Additional Note	These services do not include support with job profile or skill structure definitions. These must be provided by the customer; however, Scheer IMC can offer additional services upon request.

On-the-Job-Training

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	Setup and manage a task list of activities that take place in the workplace and includes the ability to upload evidence and provide feedback.
Service Description	Module licensing and activation. 1 hour introduction web session to show the module functionality. 1 hour requirement workshop as web session to understand the customer use case scenario Module configuration including documentation (overview of configuration settings) One additional coaching session (2 hour web session) to address questions and check the configuration.

Gamification Engine

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	Setup and manage the experience points and badges users gain for completing learning activities and achieving milestones.
Service Description	Module licensing and activation. 1 hour introduction web session to show the module functionality. 1 hour requirement workshop as web session to understand the customer use case scenario Module configuration including documentation (overview of configuration settings) One additional coaching session (2 hour web session) to address questions and check the configuration.
Additional Note	Services do not include support with overall gamification scenario. These must be provided by the customer; however, Scheer IMC can offer additional services upon request.

Resource and Capacity Management

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	Setup and manage physical resources for classroom-based learning activities with a resource calendar to view the availability of a resource.
Service Description	Module licensing and activation. 1 hour introduction web session to show the module functionality. 1 hour requirement workshop as web session to understand the customer use case scenario Module configuration including documentation (overview of configuration settings) One additional coaching session (2 hour web session) to address questions and check the configuration.
Additional Note	With the extension, please note that the customer will need to update the bookings in MS Exchange manually. To automate this process an additional service must be purchased “MS Exchange Integration”. This will result in extra effort and additional maintenance costs.

Effectiveness Check

Functional Description	Setup and manage effectiveness checks for users through the creation and assignment of non-anonymous evaluation forms.

Functional Description	Setup and manage the certified training activities with the associated Continued Professional Development (CPD) learning hour or points.

Additional Note	Services do not include support with investigating the requirements of certifications. This must be provided by customer but Scheer IMC can offer additional services by Learning Strategy Consulting.

AVETMISS

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	Collect and track qualifications and units of competency and generate NAT reports in the format required to meet the requirements for AVETMISS.

Examity Connector

License Needed	Yes
Functional Description	Enables connection to the Examity proctoring service to provide secure, online, proctored testing and assessment environments for learners. Note: Examity licence is not included.
