Additional Module Services

Introduction

The Module Services Overview is an additional part to the Implementation Services Overview with focus on LMS implementations (roll out projects) and covers any additional services provided by the Scheer IMC Project department. These services can also be included in the initial implementation project or the services can be ordered and delivered at a later stage after go-live. The main goal of this overview is to allow an insight into Scheer IMC's standardized structure of services in combination with clear expectations for customers (included and excluded services).

This page defines the basis of any LMS module / Interface offer. The following aspects are important:

  • This page considers the current system architecture and license model provided by Architecture and Product Management: Service Overview

  • All services are based on standard approaches and consider typical use cases. The effort calculation might be increased if the customer expectation is higher and / or the customer complexity (scenario, requirements, coaching etc.) is higher.

  • In general all implementation projects are on a fixed price basis. A fixed price is normally given for a defined project / contract scope, consequently this means that the fixed price is subject to change in case there is a reduction or expansion in the project scope.
