Provides a secure, dedicated environment for file transfers, ensuring reliable and protected data exchanges.
Dedicated SMTP Hosting
Offers a dedicated SMTP server used by your imc Learning Suite environments that supports industry-standard DKIM signing and SPF email configurations, ensuring improved email deliverability and security.
Content Server Hosting in Mainland China
Delivers fast access to content and media for users based in China. Additionally, imc offers the option to provide a subdomain of imc-learning.cn with an ICP license to comply with Chinese regulations, saving time and efforts during procurement of such a license.
Read Replicas
Customers have the option to gain read-only access to a replicated database of their systems. This can be used to connect Business Intelligence (BI) tools or for reporting purposes, allowing customers to extract data without impacting system performance.
VPN Tunnel for Dedicated Hosting
For customers with dedicated hosting packages, a VPN tunnel can be set up to securely connect the LMS environment to the customer's internal network, providing direct and secure access for internal applications and users.
Access to monitoring (Application Insights)
Next, imc offers customers access to their Application Insights instance, which is used to monitor the availability, usage, and performance of their LMS installation, providing valuable insights into system health and user activity. A short showcase by the hosting team can be arranged to ensure the customer is able to access the most relevant pages and utilize the insights effectively.
On-demand Proactive System Scaling
In addition, imc offers proactive system scaling to meet increased resource requirements, particularly during peak usage periods such as tests, recertifications or rollouts. The hosting team assists in preparing the environment to handle higher loads during these events. A one-week notice to the account manager is required to set up the scaling.
URL Services
Beyond that, imc can operate the customer's LMS as a subdomain of imc-owned domains, eliminating the need for the customer to provide their own domain. This means the LMS can be accessed as, for example, https://example-customer-lms.imc-learning.com/, simplifying the domain management for customers.
